What is Showbiz?

Showbiz is a media company that advertises premium tickets and VIP packages to events around Australia. Showbiz is owned and operated by the TIX Marketing Group who also operate Lasttix and Sportstix.

Showbiz is not a ticketing agency and does not sell tickets or packages. Tickets and packages advertised on Showbiz are purchased directly through their respective ticketing agencies.

I can’t find the tickets or packages I am looking for.

We try our very best to have every premium ticket and VIP package to every show and event on the Showbiz website. However, for various reasons this is not always possible and you may not find the ticket or package you are looking for.

In-demand and popular shows and events often sell out very quickly. If you cannot find the tickets or packages you are after, please contact us and we will try our best to help you.

Does Showbiz sell tickets and packages?

Showbiz is not a ticketing agency and does not sell tickets or packages. Tickets and packages advertised on Showbiz are purchased directly through their respective ticketing agencies.

Ticket and package transaction and purchasing issues.

Showbiz is not a ticketing agency or a re-seller of tickets or packages. All ticket and package purchases take place on third party ticketing websites which you visit once selecting your ticket or package on the Showbiz website.

You can find out which ticketing company you need to speak with by clicking on the ticket or package on the Showbiz website where you will be directed to the ticketing website where contact details will be available. If you have already made your purchase but cannot remember which ticketing company you purchased from, you can either look at the confirmation email that would have been sent to you at the completion of your transaction or look at your bank statement to see which company has debited your card.

What do the packages include?

Every package is made up of different inclusions. We have tried to help you understand what is included in each package with simple icons which represent what is included with your package. For full details of the package as well as specific terms and conditions relating to the package, please follow the link to the ticketing website.

How do I collect my tickets and package inclusions?

Every package is different and will have different delivery or collection methods. Please pay particular attention to the specific terms and conditions relating to the package on the ticketing website.
